Themed Family Days

30 April 2026

Whether it’s transforming your office into a festive wonderland, designing an immersive experience around a major film release, or reimagining a venue entirely, we specialise in creating fully bespoke family days that feel truly unique. Every detail is thoughtfully considered to ensure the experience is engaging for all ages, blending creativity with seamless delivery to produce something memorable and meaningful.

Your office doesn’t have to feel like an office all year round… Last year’s in-house Christmas celebrations featured a Santa’s Grotto, interactive activity zones, children’s storytellers, and beautifully designed festive sets, giving employees the rare chance to share their workplace with their families in a completely new way.

The same concept works brilliantly in summer. Think of an Alice in Wonderland-inspired tea party, a candy-filled Wonka Land, or a Greatest Showman-inspired circus with big top styling. And if you don’t have a theme in mind? No problem. We can simply elevate your space with fantastic child-friendly entertainment, from magicians and performers to craft stations, games, and immersive characters.

Booking entertainment for an in-office family day is all about transforming a familiar workspace into something playful, engaging, and memorable for employees and their families. With the right mix of activities, you can cater to a wide range of ages and interests, keeping children entertained while giving adults a chance to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

Popular options include:

  • Interactive performers such as magicians, circus artists, and roaming characters
  • Creative stations like face painting, arts and crafts, and build-your-own keepsakes
  • Soft play, giant garden games, or digital experiences
Themed Family Days

Corporate family film screenings are another fast-growing favourite. We design pre-show experiences packed with entertainment before guests head into the screening. For the release of Wicked: For Good, we created an immersive experience featuring Elphaba and Glinda meeting and greeting guests, themed bracelet making, a magician, and surprise flash mob dancers. The excitement started long before the opening credits.

Looking ahead, there’s huge potential around upcoming family releases, including:

  • Toy Story 5 – 19 June 2026
  • Minions 3 – 11 July 2026
  • Moana (live-action) – 9 July 2026
  • Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie – 14 August 2026
  • Narnia – November 2026
  • The Cat in the Hat – 5 November 2026

Film screening entertainment takes a simple movie night and turns it into a fully immersive event that builds anticipation from the moment guests arrive. It’s not just about pressing play; it’s about creating a journey into the world of the film before anyone even takes their seat.

Pre-show experiences can include:

  • Themed performers
  • Interactive zones and hands-on activities
  • Character meet-and-greets
  • Craft stations inspired by key film elements
  • Dancers or stage moments

To elevate the experience even further, you can also book special guest appearances such as a speaker from the film; this could be a cast member, director, or voice actor, offering behind-the-scenes insights and personal stories that bring the production to life. In some cases, live musical talent connected to the film, such as a singer from the soundtrack or featured artist, can also perform, adding a powerful and memorable moment before the screening begins.

If you’ve only booked us for traditional corporate parties before, now’s the time to think more creatively about themed family days. However you want to weave family days into your 2026 event schedule, we’ll create a brilliant, bespoke experience that works for you.
