The Brief
For their ‘Values in Practice’ event, JCDecaux were looking to organise an afternoon of team building workshops that activated their four company values: ‘We Choose To Care’, ‘Test & Learn’, ‘Customer First’ and ‘One Team’.
The event needed to work for up to 400 guests, with the team building activities being followed by their ‘Values in Practice’ internal awards ceremony. We took care of the whole event from venue finding to event management and entertainment.
The Venue
We booked The Brewery, as it provided a variety of spaces ideal for creating activity zones for each company value, as well as the stunning Porter Tun space for the awards ceremony and after-party.

We gave our guests the chance to be apart of their very own flashmob!

Our guests enjoyed practising engraving and illustration on a variety of different materials from paper, fabric, metal or glass.

DJ Paul got the party started and everyone got their dancing shoes on!
The Results
JCDecaux were very happy with the event and thought their company values were communicated successfully. Everyone engaged with and enjoyed the activities, with colleagues collectively performing the flash mob dance from the ‘One Team’ value at the end of the evening.
