The Brief
For their Christmas party, The Trade Desk wanted to provide their employees with an amazing end of year festive party. Set at a venue with a wow factor with views to showcase London to some of the US team that flew over for the event.
What we did
- Booked a fantastic band & roaming dancers to get the party started
- Booked one-of-a-kind wandering characters on stilts to greet guests
- Booked tarot card reader & photo booth
- Booked the Sketching Duo to draw pictures of guests
The Entertainment

With a vibrant playlist, the band set the tune for the evening.

A unique way of capturing guests with a take away from the evening.

Our victorian magic inspired card reader roamed the crowd.
Roaming Acts
Our themed dancers mingled with guests and set the mid-winter nights party mood.
Live DJ
With a party this size, a live DJ is a must!
The Results
