The Brief
Our client PayPal briefed us to organise their London summer party in a relaxed atmosphere with loads of fun activities and an opportunity to gather everyone around for a Q&A with their global CEO.
AOK Events took on the full event management and venue find, organising an interactive summer party packed with entertainment and street food at Under the Bridges by the Thames.
Entertainment we booked
- Photo booth
- Sketching duo
- Glitter artists
- Created a DIY bucket hat decorating station
- Provided a selection of games including badminton and table football
- Booked the Acoustic Band to set the tone
- Then when the party picked up we had the sax and bongo duo playing alongside the DJ

Our Sax & Bongo Duo performed together with a DJ to add an extra layer of live music to the evening.

The Results
Fortunately, the summer party was blessed with sunny weather and everyone had a brilliant time. PayPal were very happy with the results and received good feedback from everyone who attended.
