Holly has worked in Ireland’s 5 Star Merrion hotel alongside the head chef to create a dedicated vegan menu as praised by Vogue!
Holly has given demonstrations at countless events and corporate environments to include Taste Of Dublin, Survey Monkey, Avoca, Arnotts, Mercer Group, Thrive, The Department of Social Welfare, The House of the Oireachtas and Donnybrook Fair.
Mindful plant-based eating changed every aspect of her life.
She used to believe healthy eating was bland, boring and anti-social. Once she made the decision to go vegan over eight years ago she realised how nourishing, delicious and beautiful this food can be. The more she committed to daily nourishment, the more my relationship to myself started to strengthen.
Through training all around the world and becoming certified in plant based nutrition she transformed her entire life and knew she had to share this practice with as many people as she could.
Eating a plant based diet is also the loving choice for the environment and she wants to empower everyone to build a better, stronger relationship with themselves, the world we live in and the impact adopting this way of life can have.
