Drinks Reception at Spencer House

The Brief

Our client was looking for a venue and entertainers for their two day networking event in London. We worked with our venue finding team AOK Venues to book Spencer House for the events and took care of the right entertainers to make both nights a success.

The Venue

Built between 1756-1766 for John, first Earl Spencer, it is London’s finest surviving eighteenth-century town house. With it’s central London location, the venue is perfect for receptions, lunches and dinners throughout the year.

What we did

  • Venue find
  • Step and repeat board for photos with photographer
  • Acoustic duo performing for two hours both nights
  • String duo
  • Magician Gareth helped the mingling and interactions
  • Schedule management of entertainment

The Entertainment

Gareth Kalyan

Gareth brought groups of people together making the networking a success.

Acoustic Duo

The mellow music from our acoustic duo worked well as guests could continue conversation.

The Results

The entertainment suited the classic venue very well and the client was happy with both nights going as planned. They achieved their goal of bringing everyone together from a networking purpose that was delivered well with the help of our magician and musicians.
