The Brief
Our client was looking for a magical private experience at Hamleys, London. Hamleys provided our corporate client and their families with an exclusive early morning experience, including a one-hour private shopping session before the store opened.
What We Did
- Secured the venue
- Arranged the caterers for the event
- Booked a Santa who roamed the Hamleys store taking photos with the guests
- Booked a photographer and printing salon so guests can print photos instantly
The Results
Our client was delighted with their experience at Hamleys and would love to return for 2025!
“I just wanted to say that the photographer and his assistant were amazing to work with on the day and Santa was in great character. Just a heads up, we are hoping to host the Hamleys event again in 2025 and would love to have them both again.”
