The Brief
We were delighted to help our client Car & Classic again for their annual ‘Summer Get Together’ event. The brief was to create a few days of jam-packed fun, full of team building and bonding where their team from all over the world could get together, followed by an evening of awards and celebrations.
What we did
- Booked a DJ
- Booked a vintage photobooth to capture the evenings best moments
- Provided goodie bags containing a branded t-shirt, coffee cup, branded pens and more
- Organised a Soap Box Derby
The Venue
AOK Events took on full responsibility of Venue finding, deciding on the beautiful De Vere Beaumont Hotel in Windsor to host the day’s activities and The Chapel was perfect for the evening awards. Our Entertainment team brought the fun to the weekend, with a Soap Box Derby which was a hit in the late summer sunshine.

The Results
“It was wonderful to work with AOK again this year and make our second company event an amazing success. Having the same team again helped hugely in improving last year’s event and helping our vision become reality. Staff were delighted with the venue, activities and merchandise and can’t wait for the next one!”
“We really benefited from their experience with their suggestions and ideas, plus having them onsite with us during the event ensured everything ran smoothly. We love working with them and hope they enjoy being part of the C&C team , even if just for a couple of days!”
