The Brief
We were tasked with booking a small band or background music entertainment for the event, along with a photographer to capture photos throughout the evening and offer professional headshots for guests to use on their alumni network profiles.
What we did:
- Booked our Acoustic Duo to perform a selection of relaxed background music throughout the event
- Coordinated directly with the performers and oversaw the setup to ensure everything was ready for the event
- Booked a corporate photographer to capture high-quality photos and footage
- Liaised with our performers and venue to coordinate logistics and ensure the event ran smoothly

The event was a great success, and our client was extremely pleased with the performers!
